Carols Information
We are excited to be able to put the Studio Village Community Carols on this year. Please read the below information you need to know ahead of time.
As a participant at the Carols event you are accepting responsibility and risk of attending this event and agree to follow directives from event personnel.
There will be hand sanitiser available at various stations however we will have masks and gloves available. Please wash hands and sanitise regularly, as well as cough or sneeze into a tissue or their elbow.
As a participant you also agree to only attend this event if you or any of your guests are not experiencing symptoms relating to COVID-19.
Entry
Participants entering the venue will be asked to register their contact details, due to QLD Health contact tracing requirements. Please remember to social distance from groups around you while you and your group inside the event area.
Entry is through the Studio Village Community Centre BLUE marquee.
Event Information & Weather
It’s going to be fun!
Bring along your picnic rug and bring a camp chair so you can enjoy the night
Food can be brought to the event please put rubbish in the bins available or take with you when you leave.
Glow sticks will be handed out on arrival.
If there are any major changes to the event, contact information will be uploaded on Facebook and website. The event will run if it is safe for all participants to attend. .
Conditions of Entry
Participants must be clear of any symptoms of COVID.
Participants may bring homemade food items or special dietary requirements. No items in glass or crockery will be allowed into the event, including glass water bottles.
